Hansbrough played seven minutes in Tuesday’s 130-105 win over the Bulls, providing six points (1-4 FG, 4-4 FT) and three rebounds.

After Charlotte raced out to a 37-20 lead after one quarter and never really looked back, coach Steve Clifford was able to dig deep into his bench in the second half of the blowout. That allowed Hansbrough to make his season debut, after he never took off his warmups in the Hornets’ previous three games. He’ll remain behind Al Jefferson, Marvin Williams, Cody Zeller, Spencer Hawes, and Frank Kaminsky in the pecking order for playing time in the frontcourt until further notice.
