Beno Udrih: Claimed off waivers by Detroit

With Reggie Jackson (knee) set to miss extended time to begin the season, the Pistons will bolster their point guard depth by bringing in Udrih, who split last season between the Heat and Grizzlies. The 34-year-old was waived by Miami over the weekend and will now compete with Ray McCallum for minutes behind interim starter Ish Smith.
