The Timberwolves decided enough was enough on Sunday afternoon and took their frustrations out on the Phoenix Suns, winning handily 117-87.
Minnesota snapped a nine-game losing streak by defeating the now 13-29 Suns.
The Wolves came out strong and delivered a solid performance on both ends of the court throughout the game. The ‘Big 3′ of Ricky Rubio Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns dominated throughout the game accounted for 50 points and 14 rebounds on the afternoon.
The Wolves’ bench also played extremely well as they outscored the Suns’ non-starters 61-27.

Leader of the Pack: Andrew Wiggins
The second-year star out of Kansas University had a major impact in the game, scoring 16 of his 18 points in the first half. Wiggins played well: going 8-for-13 from the floor, bringing in four rebounds and dishing out four assists.
Highlight of the Night: Rubio’s Fadeaway And-1
The 25-year-old Spaniard started the game off strong and did his best Kevin Martin impression with this off-balance jump shot early in the first quarter. Rubio had a great shooting night, hitting 6-of-11 of his attempts and even going 2-for-5 from 3-point range.
