Though coach Dave Joerger bypassed Cauley-Stein for the start at center in the opener in favor of veteran Kosta Koufos, the Kentucky product still ended up seeing six more minutes of court time. Playing with the second unit will likely inhibit Cauley-Stein from seeing extended run on a consistent basis, but even in a bench role, the 23-year-old brings more fantasy value to the table than Koufos thanks to his rebounding, shot blocking and high field-goal percentage. Cauley-Stein is a good bet to see his minutes and productivity rise as the season unfolds.
