Weems was held scoreless on 0-for-2 shooting over eight minutes in Monday’s loss to the Clippers.

Back in the league for the first time in five years, Weems has surprisingly been able to surpass youngsters Devin Booker and Archie Goodwin for back-end minutes in coach Jeff Horacek’s rotation. The 29-year-old doesn’t have a ton of upside at this point, but he could see his role grow if Brandon Knight or Eric Bledsoe ever go down to an injury.
