Tristan Thompson Out With Sprained Foot

Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson will be sidelined for two to four weeks with a sprained left foot, the team announced on Tuesday.

Thompson suffered the injury during the third quarter of the Cavaliers’ loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night.

The eight-year NBA veteran has been a bright spot for the Cavaliers during a difficult start to the season. He’s averaging 12.0 points and 11.6 rebounds this season.

Thompson joins All-Star Kevin Love on the Cavaliers’ injury list. Love is expected to remain sidelined until January after undergoing toe surgery.
