Tim Quarterman: Recalled from D-League

The Trail Blazers will bring both Quarterman and Jake Layman back from the
D-League to bolster the team’s depth heading into Monday’s matchup with the
Hawks, though neither rookie is expected to crack coach Terry Stotts’ rotation.
Quarterman has averaged 9.8 points, 7.2 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 1.8 steals in
29.5 minutes per game over nine appearances at the D-League level this season.
