Thaddeus Young: Officially out Wednesday vs. Cavaliers

Coach Nate McMillan said prior to Monday’s loss to the Spurs that Young would
likely be sidelined through the All-Star break, so his absence Wednesday doesn’t
come as a surprise. Lavoy Allen, who had been replaced Young on the top unit
before sitting out Monday with a sore right knee, has been upgraded to
questionable for Wednesday. Allen would likely displace Kevin Seraphin as the
starting power forward if he’s deemed available.
