Patrick Patterson: Out again Tuesday vs. Bulls

According to coach Dwane Casey, Patterson has been medically cleared to play, so
at this point, it’s more about how much pain Patterson is willing to play
through. There’s a chance he returns for Wednesday’s game against the Hornets,
although it seems more realistic for him to come back after the All-Start break,
which would give Patterson about a week and a half for extra recovery. That
said, with the recent addition of Serge Ibaka, Patterson is expected to see a
decreased role, so even when healthy, his value will be on the decline.
