Aaron Parkes: Who did you idolize growing up? #LACmailbag
Aldrich – “Probably KG (Kevin Garnett), just being that I was from Minnesota and he played for the Wolves. Any kid in Minnesota would say that.”
Ugina Dabini – Why didn’t you play ice hockey growing up? You look the part. #LACmailbag
Aldrich – “Just never did. Ice hockey was expensive, with the pads and the gear and the rink time and all that. Never did it.”
Joshuwa Gensemer – What’s your favorite animal? #LACmailbag
Aldrich – “A liger (silence, then laughs).”
MathAppeal (@mathappeal) – Last year, you played for a new coach. Now, you play for a more experienced coach. What are the similarities and differences? #LACmailbag
Aldrich: “That’s tough, because last year we had a younger team, maybe an inexperienced team in some ways. But we’ve got a bunch of older guys on our team this year with a lot of experience. We don’t practice a whole lot, but when we do, we make sure it’s effective and to the point.”
Samsharifi (@samsharifi_) – Why do you have such good chemistry with Pablo Prigioni? #LACmailbag
Aldrich – “Played with him, this is my third year with him. We just get along. We understand who we are as players and as people.”
