Lavoy Allen: Ruled out Monday vs. Spurs

Allen has started the last five games for the ailing Thad Young (wrist) and with
Young expected to sit out through the All-Star break, the Pacers are going to be
extremely thin in the frontcourt. Without Allen, Kevin Seraphin is next in line
on the power forward depth chart, but they could opt to shift Al Jefferson over
to the position and go with a bigger lineup. On the other hand, they also could
move Paul George to power forward to go with a smaller lineup and then insert a
guy like Glenn Robinson into the top unit at the other forward position. We
should see clarification as tip-off approaches.
