Jusuf Nurkic: Unavailable for Monday vs. Hawks

The trade that sent Nurkic from Denver to Portland was finalized earlier Monday,
but it wasn’t enough time for Nurkic to remain active and available to play.
That said, there’s a good chance Nurkic is able to make his Trail Blazer debut
on Wednesday against the Jazz, but look for confirmation on that later this
week. With Nurkic not available, the Trail Blazers will likely go with some sort
of combination of Ed Davis and Meyers Leonard at center, although the team has
yet to provide an official word on who will start.
