Jeremy Lamb: Leads bench with 19 points in Sunday loss

Lamb saw the most minutes of any bench player by far and parlayed the
opportunity into his first double-digit scoring effort in the last four games.
The fifth-year guard and fellow reserve Marco Belinelli typically share playing
time off the bench a lot more evenly, but Hornets coach Steve Clifford stuck
with the hot hand Sunday, as Lamb outpaced his teammate by 23 minutes overall.
While the 24-year-old’s performance was certainly encouraging, it’s worth noting
that his minutes were a season high, providing him with an opportunity to
generate his second-best scoring total of the campaign.
