Isaiah Thomas: Leads all scorers in win over Pistons

Thomas struggled a bit from the field, but he still led all scorers in the
contest thanks to a strong showing from beyond the three-point arc. He managed
to record multiple steals for the first time this month after totaling just
three in 10 February contests, although his rebound and assist totals remain
lacking at times. That said, Thomas still ranks second in the NBA with an
average of 29.9 points per game and continues to operate as an elite scorer.
