Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young and Houston Rockets guard James Harden have been named the NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for Week 23 of the 2018-19 season (March 18-24).
Other nominees for Eastern Conference Player of the Week were Philadelphia’s Joel Embiid, Brooklyn’s D’Angelo Russell, Toronto’s Pascal Siakam, Orlando’s Nikola Vučević, Miami’s Dwyane Wade and Charlotte’s Kemba Walker.
Other nominees for Western Conference Player of the Week were San Antonio’s LaMarcus Aldridge, the LA Clippers’ Danilo Gallinari and Montrezl Harrell, Portland’s Damian Lillard and Memphis’ Jonas Valanciunas.
