Gordon Hayward: Not yet practicing

Hayward is expected to be sidelined through mid-November while he recovers from a fractured left ring finger, so it’s not too surprising that he hasn’t been cleared to practice. Joe Johnson is expected to enter the starting five at small forward to begin the season while Hayward is out.
