The Oklahoma City Thunder (55-26) take on the host San Antonio Spurs (65-15) at AT&T Center on Tuesday.
The Thunder come into this game losing three of their last five, with the only two wins coming against the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers. Some of those losses need to be taken into consideration though, as Oklahoma City has taken the liberty of resting players with their comfortable position in the three-seed. The offense is still on point though, as they continue to rank second in scoring, just behind the Golden State Warriors. It's unclear if the starters will play here either, as this is a meaningless game for both teams.
San Antonio took their first home loss of the season in their most recent game, but it's been an amazing season for the Spurs. They now have a franchise best 65 wins, despite losing their last three. Coach Gregg Popovich doesn’t really care about that though, as he's more concerned about having his veterans healthy in the postseason. This looks like a great game on paper, but it's very possible that none of the superstars will be playing in this meaningless game. In any case, look for the Spurs to be close to a double-digit favorite depending on the status of players.
