February’s Kia Players, Rookies Of The Month Announced!

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo and Oklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George have been named the Kia NBA Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Month, respectively, for games played in February.

Giannis averaged 30.6 PPG, 12.6 RPG, 6.0 APG while going 10-1 in February. George posted 35.0 PPG, 8.4 RPG, 5.4 APG while going 6-5 this past month.

Other nominees for Kia NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month were Washington’s Bradley Beal, Indiana’s Bojan Bogdanovic, Detroit’s Andre Drummond, Chicago’s Lauri Markkanen, Brooklyn’s D’Angelo Russell, Orlando’s Nikola Vučević and Atlanta’s Trae Young.

Other nominees for Kia NBA Western Conference Player of the Month were Golden State’s Kevin Durant, Houston’s James Harden, Minnesota’s Karl-Anthony Towns and Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook.

 

Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young and Dallas Mavericks guard-forward Luka Dončić have been named the Kia NBA Eastern and Western Conference Rookies of the Month, respectively, for games played in February.

Young put up 23.3 PPG, 9.3 APG, 4.3 APG while Doncic averaged 24.4 PPG, 9.4 RPG, 7.4 APG in the month of February.

Other nominees for Kia NBA Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month were New York’s Mitchell Robinson and Cleveland’s Collin Sexton.

Other nominees for Kia NBA Western Conference Rookie of the Month were Phoenix’s Deandre Ayton and Sacramento’s Marvin Bagley III.
