DeRozan’s hot streak began in the preseason, and he just kept it going on opening night. He took one fewer shot than Jonas Valanciunas and Kyle Lowry combined, and the three of them together attempted 55 of the team’s 86 total shots. At some point this hot streak will probably end, at which point DeRozan is likely to settle in scoring a little more than 20 points per night.
