Zeller has missed 12 of the last 13 games for the Hornets with what is being
listed as a sore quad, although it’s clearly quite significant considering he’s
been sidelined just over a month now. He’s not expected to take the court yet
again Sunday, with his next opportunity to play coming on Tuesday against the
Lakers. Look for Frank Kaminsky to log another start in his place and with Miles
Plumlee (calf) also out, he’ll be relied upon for big minutes Sunday. Kaminsky
is coming off an impressive showing Saturday against the Kings where he went off
for 23 points (9-18 FG, 5-9 3Pt), 13 rebounds, three assists and two steals over
38 minutes.
