Cheick Diallo: Recalled from D-League

After a six-game stint with the Storm in which he averaged 17.0 points, 11.3
rebounds and 2.3 blocks over 30.8 minutes, Diallo will join the Pelicans in
advance of Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies. Though the Pelicans are
without two of their regular rotation options at power forward in Terrence Jones
(thumb) and Dante Cunningham (personal), the Pelicans are expected to shift
Anthony Davis over to the position and start Alexis Ajinca at center, which
could close Diallo’s path to playing time.
