Caleb Swanigan: Headed to Portland

The forward out of Purdue was one of the most productive players in the country
last season, but teams remained concerned about his relative lack of athleticism
for an NBA forward. Still, Swanigan’s talent is undeniable, and if he lands in
the right situation he could certainly have a profitable NBA career. At present,
Portland’s roster is stocked with quality big men, so unless the team makes a
move or two this summer, Swanigan’s path to consistent minutes isn’t abundantly
clear.
