Coach Billy Donovan stopped short of officially ruling Abrines in for Wednesday night, but he implied that the guard should be cleared prior to tip-off. “He’s good. Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow at shootaround,” Donovan said. “He did everything today. We didn’t have a lot of contact today, but he wasn’t held out of anything. He’s kinda back in and we’ll see how he feels after what he did today. I think things are progressing in the right way and he should be back playing.” Abrines, who is battling a bruised hip, averaged 8.2 points in 19.7 minutes per game during the preseason.
