Alec Burks: Officially out for Game 1

The Jazz continue to mull the idea of shutting Burks down for the rest of the
playoffs, but they’ve yet to do so at this point in time. That said, Burks has
now officially been ruled out Tuesday, marking his seventh straight absence.
Look for Burks status to be updated again prior to Game 2 on Thursday.
