Winslow scored 10 points (4-8 FG, 2-2 3Pt) to go along with three rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 31 minutes during the Heat’s 109-89 win versus the Rockets on Sunday.

Winslow was fantastic on Sunday, exhibiting deep shooting range and an ability to be disruptive defensively. While the game was still in reach, he made some key stops covering James Harden, showed off a Harden-esque euro-step layup, and almost sent the crowd into a frenzy with his missed one-handed put-back slam-dunk. The rookie and former Blue Devil won’t be asked to do much offensively this season, but he has flashed his potential while remaining efficient in his role thus far, and could be a candidate to earn more minutes as the season progresses if coach Erik Spoelstra decides the older legs ahead of him on the depth chart need rest.
