Will Barton: Declines potential contract extension

Barton originally signed a three-year contract worth $10.6 million in 2015,
while he’s set to play the upcoming 2017-18 season on the third and final year
before testing free agency. Barton’s goal is to be a starter somewhere, but the
Nuggets will likely continue deploying Gary Harris (foot) as their No. 1
shooting guard.
