On Sunday, the San Antonio Spurs paid tribute to a legend, retiring Tim Duncan’s number 21 in an emotional ceremony at the AT&T Center after the Spurs beat the New Orleans Pelicans.
Duncan, a 15-time NBA All-Star and five-time NBA champion, played all of his 19 seasons with the Spurs. Widely regarded as the greatest power forward ever, Duncan ranks 14th all-time in scoring (26,496), sixth in rebounds (15,091) and fifth in blocks (3,020).
