Walker scored 17 points (4-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 7-8 FT) to go along with six rebounds, six assists, and two steals in 31 minutes during the Hornets’ 94-92 loss versus the Hawks on Sunday.

Walker had his best showing of the season on Sunday, contributing his 17 points on only nine field-goal attempts. Though the Hornets run a lot of their offense through Al Jefferson and Nicolas Batum, Walker still has plenty of responsibility in terms of making plays for others, and will likely continue to be a solid source of scoring and assists so long as he’s able to remain healthy.
