Valanciunas (ankle) has been upgraded to a gametime decision for Monday’s Game 4 against the Cavaliers, Brian Windhorst of ESPN reports.

This news comes as a bit of a surprise, as Valanciunas was listed as doubtful yesterday. Raptors head coach Dwane Casey said the big man went through shootaround, and although the ankle is still sore, they’ll evaluate him again once tipoff draws closer. Should Valanciunas be active, he likely won’t play a full load and Bismack Biyombo is still expected to carry majority of the minutes at center.
