Teague underwent X-rays after Sunday’s game against the Hornets and was diagnosed with a sore finger, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

It appears the examination on Teague’s finger was precautionary, as it didn’t result in him missing any notable action in Sunday’s win. More importantly, Teague turned in an effective outing in that contest, scoring 18 points and adding six rebounds and four assists. He should be ready to assume a heavy load of minutes beginning with Tuesday’s game against the Heat.
