Tavares has been spending time with the Austin Spurs as they compete in the D-League postseason, but he’ll return to the Hawks and is expected to be in uniform for Friday’s Game 3. The big man is unlikely to play, however, as has been the case all season in what’s been a developmental year for Tavares.
