Smart totaled 17 points (7-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT), two rebounds, three assists, four steals, and one block in 39 minutes during the Celtics’ 95-87 loss versus the Spurs on Sunday.

Smart also turned the ball over only once, delivering an extremely efficient line against the title-contending Spurs. After struggling against the Raptors on Friday, this was a welcome sign for Smart owners. The sophomore lead guard will likely continue to show some inconsistencies throughout the year, but the two things that will be consistent are his minutes and effort.
