ENDS: Whenever the trivia question is correctly answered (as described in Section 2) or on September 7, 2016, at approximately 5:00 PM (ET), whichever occurs first.

September 7, 2016, after the conclusion of the Entry Period.

Winner's Time to Respond
Winner must respond within five (5) minutes indicating whether he/she can accept the prize.
1. Additional Eligibility Criteria. Eligible entrants must be a lawful resident of the United States, have a valid United States mailing address, and be at least thirteen (13) years of age. If the prize includes tickets to a Miami HEAT game, eligible entrants must also be Florida residents residing in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or Monroe counties, and be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Winners (as identified by, e.g., a unique email address or username) of a Tier 1 Prize, Tier 2 Prize, or Tier 3 Prize (as each is described in Section 3) in any HEAT trivia contest conducted during the same calendar month as this Contest are ineligible to win a Tier 1 Prize, Tier 2 Prize, or Tier 3 Prize respectively in this Contest. Employees of, and the immediate family members of employees of, Miami Heat Limited Partnership, the Miami HEAT, the AmericanAirlines Arena, Basketball Properties, Ltd., their affiliates and subsidiaries, are ineligible. This Contest is subject to federal, state and local regulations.
2. How to Enter. If this Contest takes place on The Inferno, you must register on, and log into, The Inferno hosted at www.heat.com. If this Contest takes place on the HEAT App Chat, you must enter the live chat room hosted in the HEAT Stream of the Miami HEAT App during the Entry Period. On the applicable platform, look for a trivia question asked by the Miami HEAT at the beginning of the Entry Period, and post an answer during the Entry Period. The winner will be selected as described in Section 3. Entrants may post more than one answer, but may not post under more than one log-in or as more than one user of either platform. No other method of entry is acceptable. By participating in the Contest, participant agrees to be bound by all the Official Rules of the Contest.
3. Winner Identification and Prize. On the Winner Identification Date,the Prize will be awarded. The Prize is classified as follows: (a) If the Prize is an item autographed by a player (e.g., a jersey or photograph autographed by a player), it is a Tier 1 Prize; (b) if the Prize includes tickets to a Miami HEAT game, it is a Tier 2 Prize; and (c) if the Prize is a Miami HEAT fan kit, Yearbook, flag, poster, item signed by a Miami HEAT dancer, it is a Tier 3 Prize. All prize details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Eligibility will be determined in accordance with these rules by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest.Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of participating eligible entrants and the number of eligible entries. Winner will be contacted by Private Message via the Contest platform. The prize winner will be required to respond to such message within the timeframe indicated in the table at the top of the Official Rules (“Time to Respond”) indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If no return message is received within the Time to Respond, a runner-up alternate winner (second fastest correct answer) will be selected. The alternate winner must also respond to the Private Message within the Time to Respond. If no return message is received within the Time to Respond, a second runner-up alternate winner (third fastest correct answer) will be selected. The second alternate winner must also respond to the Private Message within the Time to Respond. The winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, and/or a liability and publicity release, within twenty-four (24) hours of prize notification. If prize is won by an individual still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, then prize may be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian (who must execute and return all required documentation outlined herein and otherwise comply with all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein). Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. In the event of prize winner non-responsiveness, forfeiture, or other disqualification, the Sponsor will only select an alternate winner twice. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize or any portion thereof should become unavailable for any reason.
4. Limitation of Liability. Miami Heat Limited Partnership, the Miami HEAT, the AmericanAirlines Arena, Basketball Properties, Ltd., Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail, miscommunications, entries, failed telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Entrants who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person in relation to this Contest, as determined by the Miami HEAT in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and the Miami HEAT reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or any other persons' property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. The Miami HEAT will resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and causes of action (however named or described) of any kind resulting from or arising out of the participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, possession, receipt or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
No responsibility is assumed by any of the Released Parties hereunder for: any error, including typographical and/or technological error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of electronic data; or any other problems in connection with the Contest, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions in the posting of the rules on-line or the functionality of any website or web service. Any trade names, trademarks or service marks shown as part of the materials associated with the Contest are the property of their respective owners. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
5. Publicity. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation or authorization as permitted by law by Basketball Properties, Ltd., Miami Heat Limited Partnership, AmericanAirlines Arena, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and/or each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion agencies.
6. Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant and/or entrant, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Florida, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.
7. Privacy. Information submitted in this Contest will be maintained in accordance with the NBA privacy policy at http://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html.
