Sacramento’s De’Aaron Fox Out 3-4 Weeks With Sprained Ankle

An MRI conducted this afternoon on Kings guard De’Aaron Fox confirmed that he sustained a left ankle sprain at the end of practice on Monday. He will be reevaluated in 3-4 weeks and his status will be updated as appropriate.

A third-year guard and fifth overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft out of Kentucky, Fox has accrued averages of 18.2 points (.430 FG%, .333 3pt%, .710 FT%), 4.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 32.1 minutes per game in nine games (all starts) for the Kings during the 2019-20 season.
