Ron Baker: Returns to practice

It seems as though Baker is over the sprained right ankle that kept him inactive in Saturday’s win over the Grizzlies, but it’s still uncertain whether he’ll suit up for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons. As a player on the fringe of the 15-man roster, Baker is at risk of being one of the Knicks’ two gameday inactives when the roster is at full health, so he may only be available Tuesday if coach Jeff Hornacek desires extra depth at guard for the matchup.
