Covington was ice cold entering Monday’s matchup after going three-for-30 from the field over the last four games. Covington made 2.5 and 2.4 threes per game in 2015-16 and 2014-15 respectively and he is a career 35.7 percent shooter from beyond the arc, so he should be expected to deliver more quality displays like this as the season goes on. Still, on a young team devoid of much playmaking, Covington might not get a ton of great looks every night.
