Report: Suns Sign Cameron Payne To Two-Year Deal

The Phoenix Suns have agreed to a two-year contract with journeyman guard Cameron Payne, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported Tuesday.

Selected 15th overall by Oklahoma City in the 2015 draft, Payne has also seen time with Chicago and Cleveland.

He was waived by Toronto during the 2019 preseason, after which he played in the Chinese Basketball Association and the G League.

Payne is averaging 6.0 points and 2.5 assists in 153 career NBA games.
