Quinn Cook: Inks 10-day contract with Mavericks

The 23-year-old point guard has not played in an NBA regular-season game this
season, though he managed to record a 20 point, eight assist outing with the
Pelicans this preseason. With the Mavericks waiving Deron Williams on Thursday
and J.J. Barea (calf) out likely until sometime in early March, the team seems
interested in bolstering their young backcourt options.
