- According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Kawhi Leonard joined LeBron James as the only players in NBA history to lead both teams (either outright or shared) in all five major statistical categories (PTS, REB, AST, STL, BLK) in a playoff game since steals and blocks were recognized as official stats in the 1973-74 season.
Game 7: Boston Celtics vs. Toronto Raptors (Series Tied 3-3), 9:00 ET, TNT
- Boston’s five starters played between 47 and 52 minutes each in Game 6; no team in the playoffs has relied on their starters more during the playoffs in terms of minutes (36.1 MPG) and scoring (89.9 PPG).
- The Raptors (19) and Celtics (16) combined to score 35 points in the second overtime in Game 6, making it the third-most points scored in an overtime period in playoff history. - Norman Powell scored 15 of his 23 points in the two overtime periods in Game 6; he shot 3-4 FG, 2-3 3P and 7-7 FT, while also recording 2 steals and a block.
