Pistons’ Hilliard out with back injury

The Detroit Pistons announced today that guard Darrun Hilliard suffered a stress fracture of the lower back and will not participate in 2016 NBA Orlando Summer League. Hilliard will be evaluated by Detroit Pistons team physicians and a rehab process and timeline for his return to basketball activities will be determined once the diagnosis is complete.
