Pau Gasol: Will play, start Friday vs. Clippers

Gasol has been absent from the Spurs’ last 15 games with a surgically repaired
broken finger, but the extended time off from the All-Star break has allowed the
big man to fully heal. With Gasol’s return to the starting five, Dewayne Dedmon
will return to a reduced role off the bench.
