Patrick McCaw: Held out Monday in coach’s decision

After missing the previous four games with a sprained ankle, McCaw was taken off the Warriors’ injury report and deemed active Monday, but coach Steve Kerr never called his number Monday with the contest remaining relatively competitive throughout. The second-round rookie seems bound to regain a rotation spot eventually thanks to his defensive abilities and three-point shooting, but for the time being, it looks like he may slot in third on the depth chart at both wing spots.
