Patrick Beverley: Targeting mid-November return

After undergoing surgery on his left knee last Tuesday, Beverley was given a three-week recovery timetable, so his targeted return date would seemingly align with that. He’s not far along enough in the recovery process yet to predict with any confidence that he’ll reach that goal, so fantasy owners speculating on him hitting the early end of that timetable may want to temper their expectations. In addition to the injury concern, Beverley figures to see a decline in his role once he returns, as coach Mike D’Antoni seems content to proceed with James Harden as his primary point guard.
