O’Bryant had been deployed in the starting lineup in both of the Bucks’ past two games, playing over 25 minutes on each occasion. While he saw less playing time Monday, O’Bryant turned in his most effective performance to date, shooting well from the field and aiding the Bucks to a team-high plus-13 mark when he was on the court. Despite the solid performance, O’Bryant uninspiring track record over his season-plus in the league suggests that he’s unlikely to see his role grow any further, especially with Jabari Parker (knee) set to return to the court Wednesday against the 76ers for his season debut.
