Nigel Hayes: Agrees to deal with Knicks

Hayes ended up playing four years at Wisconsin after considering leaving school
early for the NBA on multiple occasions. The 22-year-old ultimately saw his
stock drop after seeing decreases in shooting efficiency over his last two
seasons, but Hayes still brings a versatile skill set that allows him to excel
as a passer, rebounder and defender. He’ll likely be with the Knicks through
summer league and training camp before the team makes a final decision regarding
his status on the roster.
