Nerlens Noel: Sits out practice Monday

A strained groin kept Noel out of action against the Wizards on Thursday, and he remained out Saturday against the Cavaliers. The Sixers are handling Noel on a day-to-day basis, and at this point it seems unlikely that he’ll play Tuesday in Memphis.
