Monta Ellis: Tallies 14 points in win over Bulls

Ellis’ scoring total was second among the Pacers’ starters, but the lack of impact in other categories ended up limiting his DFS utility. The veteran guard is usually good for a handful of assists and rebounds each game, but as a member of a balanced Pacers’ attack, he’s not the major scoring threat that he was earlier in his career with the Warriors, Bucks and the Mavericks. Ellis averaged just 13.8 points per game last season — his lowest mark since his rookie year — and could see that figure dip further in 2016-17 with the Pacers adding Thaddeus Young to the starting five during the offseason.
