Middleton scored eight points on three of 10 shooting to go along with two rebounds in 29 minutes in Sunday’s loss to Toronto.

Middleton has underperformed his new contract thus far this year, averaging just 12.3 points on 33 percent shooting along with just 1.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game. The shooting guard’s numbers should pick up and his minutes could certainly settle in above 30 per game as he struggles to get out of an apparent slump to start the season.
