WHAT: Metromover System to Open Late During the Disney On Ice Shows This Saturday
Guests attending the Disney On Ice Shows this Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. should be aware that Miami-Dade County's Metromover system will be opening at noon due to upgrades. Free bus-shuttle service will be provided between Metromover stations from 5 a.m. until noon on Saturday. Shuttle buses will arrive at Metromover stations approximately every 10 to 15 minutes. A map of where shuttle buses pick up and drop off passengers is available on the Metromover web page.
Transit riders can register to receive Rider Alerts. In the event of a service disruption or delay, transit users will receive a message with details on the device of their choice.
To plan a trip on transit, residents and visitors are encouraged to download the newly upgraded free Miami-Dade Transit Tracker app, which offers complete trip-planning information, as well as real-time information for approaching buses, Metrorail and Metromover vehicles.
