Mbah a Moute has appeared in three of the Clippers’ four games this season, playing a total of seven minutes.

In two of those appearances, Mbah a Moute has failed to log a full minute of action, indicating that he’s essentially just a short-term defensive replacement. With Blake Griffin, Paul Pierce, Lance Stephenson, Wesley Johnson, and Josh Smith all outpacing him for playing time at forward, Mbah a Moute won’t have a shot at seeing consistent minutes this season.
